**The Role**:
Hcsuk are a well-established and highly regarded business providing consumable, medical supplies and equipment to privately run care homes. We are currently seeking a dynamic member to join our Customer Experience Team in order to support business growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a versatile all-rounder who has sales experience and has been working in a customer relationship-based role.
Working closely with our client base of care homes, promoting, cross selling and up selling fit for purpose care products, whilst building and maintaining great customer relationships.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Serving as the lead point of contact for all our customer accounts and to take full responsibility for and manage the day -to-day sales operations.
- Processing order requests and preparing quotes for potential customers.
- Proactively identify accounts to enhance new account penetration with the use of our CRM system, HubSpot.
- Calling new and existing accounts, regularly to nurture meaningful relationships and drive revenue.
- Generating reports, providing frequent updates on activity and conversations with clients.
- Assisting in the development of sales methodology and strategy for increasing new account and existing client base.
- Providing effective procurement of quality supplies ensuring accuracy of stock control systems.
- Maintaining and updating all price-based systems including website maintenance.
**Requirements**:
- Sales experience, ability to engage and run telemarketing, web marketing and client relationship activities
- Customer service experience, you have high attention to detail to ensure that quality outputs are delivered to our clients
- Be detailed minded, organized and a committed team player with a proactive attitude.
- Strong MS Office skills, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary £18,000 - £21,000 dependent on experience
28 days Holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays) + Day off on your Birthday
