Emerald Teaching is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant with a focus on Special Educational Needs (SEN). This role involves supporting students with diverse learning needs in a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
- Assist teachers in adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs.
- Encourage student engagement and promote positive behavior.
- Help maintain a structured, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to implement effective support strategies.
- Support students' social, emotional, and personal development.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with children with SEN, preferably in a school setting.
- A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to supporting students.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
