Treatment Coordinator

Smile Stories was founded to change the perceptions of dentistry in the UK for the better. No more weird white coats, no more receptionists snappier than a crocodile at dinnertime and no more telling off by fusty dentists. We’re nothing like your old dentist and that’s exactly the way modern health care should be.
Laughing is infectious and part of the reason why clients actually _want _to come to Smile Stories. They don’t _have _to. Your dentist should be less painful than buying car insurance.
Every aspect of Smile Stories has been thought about to give our clients a dental experience like no other. It's much more 'comfy cafe' than 'going to the dentist'. The sort of place where music is playing and you might just catch a team member singing or dancing.
And we’re looking to hire someone who believes in our philosophy and wants to be part of our story, with our support every step of the way.
**You’re in the right place if**:
If you’re a people person where conversation comes naturally and you could merrily talk to a room full of strangers then read on.
If you’d be motivated to come to work and deliver a first-class experience to our clients not just first time, but each and every time they walk through the door, or message us on WhatsApp then you could be a good fit. Delivering a ‘wow’ experience that people want to tell their family and friends about is part of the reason we’ve accumulated over 450** Google Reviews and counting.
You can communicate authentically. You’re never sales-y but can nurture relationships and people naturally gravitate to you.
You’re uber organised. Your fridge is labelled, a night out isn’t official unless it’s written in the calendar and you have a notebook with you at all times, “just in case.”
But most of all, you’re passionate. You have a lust for going to work and it’s never “just a job”. The dentistry we do changes lives and you’ll be a huge part of this.
