**Job Overview**

You will also actively seek client feedback and sales leads wherever possible. All bookings will be made via our in-house system, creating written confirmations & function sheets.

**Duties**
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, catering, venue selection, and guest services.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each event.
- Manage budgets and ensure all events are executed within financial guidelines.
- Upsell services and products to enhance the guest experience while maximising revenue opportunities.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and hotel staff to ensure seamless event execution.
- Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Develop timelines and schedules for events, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests throughout the planning process and during events.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Attend weekly management and sales meetings
- Duty Management shifts
