**Essential Ingredients**
- Able to work a **Rotating 4 on 4 off shift pattern working day and nights - 6;30am-6:30pm and 6:30pm-6:30am**:

- Experience in a similar role within FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
- Ability to work in a safe manner and consider the safety of others
- A good attention to detail with a firm focus on Quality and Health & Safety
- Able to adapt well to change and undertake a variety of activities across our operation
- Demonstrating teamwork and communicating effectively developing relationships with team members and other teams across the site

As a Team Member, you'll flex your skills across multiple departments, from maintaining hygiene standards to manning the production line and warehouse. - Our Eastwood bakery is in the heart of the East Midlands with easy access links to the M1 near Nottingham and Derby; we’re proud of our heritage and have over 300 colleagues who work a variety of shifts within Manufacturing and Distribution producing over 5,000 bread rolls and 24,000 crumpets per hour- With the latest innovation and offering a wide variety of freshly baked products daily, the site operates 363 days of the year 24/7 to manufacture and distribute to our retail stores and customers across the East Midlands.**Extra Dough**
