People Employment Advisor

Are you a talented Employment Advisor, or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you have experience assessing and developing clients' employment potential and assisting them in the next step? If so then you could be perfect for my client,a mental health charity in Surrey. This is a permanent role with 2 days in the Surrey office and rest working at home. Immediate start.
**The Role**:In this Employment Advisor role, you will work with the Client Service Manager. Specific tasks include:
- Working with the Client Services team help identify clients who are ready to access employment.
- Prepare clients for employment by supporting the development of a CV, compiling Job Applications, undertaking interview practice and arranging/assisting at interviews.
- Identify potential employment opportunities by working with local employers.
- Support clients with Welfare Benefit queries that may arise.
- Complete regular reports for both internal departments and external organisations.
- Maintain databases, detailing all communication/actions relating to clients with accuracy & in a timely manner.
- Compile success stories and case studies.
- Contribute to the posting of relevant material on the website and social media platforms.
- Attend events, meetings, conferences to ensure charity continued presence in the local community.
- Great relationship management.
- Very strong administrative experience.
- HR experience is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- High level of attention to detail and accurate documentation.
- Experience using MS Office (outlook, PowerPoint, excel, word).
