**Role: Marketing & Ecommerce Executive**

**Salary**:Dependent Marketing & Ecommerce experience and proven track record

**Experience (Essential)**:
Marketing & Ecommerce (Including all areas of Digital Marketing, SEO, Campaigns, Lead Generation, Web page Designing & Photoshop, Shopify, Wordpress, Ebay and Amazon e.t.c..) (minimum 3 years experience preferred).

**Education (preferred)**: GCSE's or A-Levels (Graduate in a relevant degree is preferred but not essential)

**Position**:Permanent Full Time or Part Time

**Hours**:08.30 - 17.30 (45 min unpaid lunch)

**Days**: Mon - Fri

**Business Location where your role will be based from**: London SE1

**Travel**: You will need to commute from Home to the CTS office location in SE1 4SB. Customer site visits will also be required.

A great opportunity has arisen for a Marketing & Ecommerce Executive, with an opportunity to immediately start. You will be joining our busy and growing business (We supply Two Way Radio Systems/Communication Systems/Security Systems) Sales, Hire, Servicing and Repair operation based in London SE1.

We are looking for a Marketing person with digital marketing experience and a proven track record. You need to be Reliable, Disciplined, Self Motivated, Enthusiastic, Target Driven and full of fresh new ideas.

Your key goal is to maximise the business's profits through developing marketing strategies that meet customer requirements and by promoting products, services and ideas.

**Marketing & Ecommerce** **Experience and Knowledge we are looking for (Essential)**:

- All aspects of Digital Marketing
- Website and Ecommerce store = Creation, designing and managing including in Wordpress, Shopify.
- Designing and Photoshop (including lead pages, social media posts, brochures and leaflets e.t.c..)
- Marketing Projects
- SEO, Keyword, Google Analytics Audits, Data analysis, Lead Generation and web traffic to sales enquiry conversion.
- Maintaining and keeping upto date the CTS website, CTS Radios Ecommerce Store, Ebay Store, Amazon Store, Shopify, Word Press.
- All aspects of Ecommerce Management, Including Digital Ecommerce, Process management and Development.
- All Social Media activities = Including managing and posting e.t.c..
- Creative writing including regular Social media posts, Blogs, Case Studies e.t.c..
- Experience in actively finding new customer opportunities using all types of platforms including social media and data bases (e.g. Linkedin, Facebook, Sector data bases e.t.c..)
- PPC and manage marketing budgets
- Photography, creating videos (real and animation), scripting and doing voice overs = for the youtube channel, social media, website, all campaigns, lead pages e.t.c..
- Marketing & Ecommerce Training Juniors

- Reliable, Focused, Self Motivated/ Desciplined Professional, Organised, Target Driven, Enthusiastic, Positive can do mindset, team player with a friendly and polite personality.
- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Written) are key.
- Experience in working as a team and also by yourself.
- The drive to self grow and develop.
- Self teaching and learning is required. Good uptodate product and system knowledge must be maintained at all times.
- The willingness to go above and beyond.
- Great telephone manner
- Very Good and Professional communication skills
- Well dressed and presentable for a corporate work environment.
- Fluent in English Language
- Good Punctuality and Attendance record is mandatory.
- Good Data Analysis and Spread Sheet, Excel Skills and Experience
- Good IT knowledge/skills are important for using process supporting software packages.
- Team working and leading will be required at times.
- To conduct your role successful you should be reliable and responsable member of the team.
