**Location - Preston**

**Salary - up to £34,600 per hear including sleeps (Sleeps paid at £55)**

**Hours - 165 per month - 10 shifts per month (09:30 start)**

**Joining bonus - £2000 (paid at interim period until 6 month probation)**

Real Care Support are looking for experienced Senior Residential Support Workers to work in our 3 bedroom EBD therapeutic children's home based in Preston, Lancashire.

**What will I do as a Senior Residential Care Worker working for Real Care Support Children’s Homes?**
- You will have the opportunity to make a huge difference within a child’s life. Helping them to overcome any difficulties or disadvantages they may face, supporting them them to be successful in their future as young adults.
- You will meet a variety of children and young people, some of whom may require high levels of supervision and support that may also require your guidance within education, training and employment.
- Within this leadership role, you will not only ensure the welfare and care of each child but also give guidance and support to all residential workers within the team.
- You will be committed to making a difference, this includes being responsible for staff supervision, leading shifts, ensuring placement plans are followed, policies, procedures, risk assessments, rotas and making sure that education is supported.
- You will have a great work/life balance. Our rota pattern which includes some evenings and weekends ensures consistency for the children and young people whilst providing you with flexibility and the means for training and progression.
