As a Senior Employee Services Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the administration of Employee Services processes and systems in line with Trust policies. You will play an essential role in resolving queries, enhancing service delivery, and contributing to key project objectives. This position is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys problem-solving and has a passion for service improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Service Delivery**: Support the Employee Services Team in delivering high-quality, proactive services, ensuring deadlines are met, and service standards are upheld.
**System Administration**: Oversee the administration of Employee Services systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all processes.
**Query Resolution**: Respond to and resolve queries from service users in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
**Workload Supervision**: Provide day-to-day supervision of the team, allocate workloads effectively, and contribute to the generation of management information and reports.
**Service Development**: Work independently, taking a proactive approach to problem-solving and service development, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
**Project Support**: Contribute to the delivery of key employment services projects, ensuring objectives are met and work is carried out efficiently.
