Deadwood Smokehouse is a lively restaurant known for its delicious barbecue and exceptional guest service. We are seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our front-of-house team as servers.

Job Overview:
The Server is responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests by delivering attentive and friendly service. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about our food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to their needs throughout the dining experience.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Adhere to all restaurant policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the restaurant industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift trays.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £6.40-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
