**Play an important part in our journey**
As the HR Systems Assistant, you’ll be an integral member of our systems team. Together we maintain and administer multiple HR systems that support our ~ 6000 employees.
Your role is all about delivering the very best service to our people and providing a positive employee experience across our systems. You will primarily deal with the external HR systems that support our primary HR system ResourceLink. Any experience with Eploy would be beneficial
You’ll be responsible for:
- Making sure the external HR systems are kept up to date, through both user and system configuration
- Responding and solving issues raised by users relating to the external HR systems
- Identifying and resolving any data anomalies identified between ResourceLink and our external HR systems
- Creating and maintaining process notes of your admin tasks
- Providing training for the external HR Systems for users. Creating materials and solving usage queries aiming to encourage self-service of all users
