We are currently looking for a talented **Sales Account Manager** to join a well-established, family-run organisation based in Barnet, North London. This is true sales role where you will be qualifying prospects, generating interest and closingsales. You will work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, responding to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. Ultimately, you should contribute to the growth of the business by building successful, long-termclient relationships. There is a great, friendly, supportive office environment with flexible working patterns on offer.
**Key duties and responsibilities....**
- Book and attend appointments, both virtual and face-to-face
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Develop positive relationships with clients
- Maintain and expand a database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Generate and follow up quotations
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a sales account manager or sales account executive within Promotional Merchandise
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Experience working with ERP and CRM software and MS Office
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
**Benefits**
- Salary of £30,000 - £37,000
- Additional performance-based incentive bonus
