We are looking for an experienced Administrator for an immediate start temporary assignment based in Bridgend.
Working within the Employability Programme Department you will support the Compliance, Finance and Performance Manager by assisting with the monitoring and recording of project activity, maintaining computer and paper-based financial records and preparing reports.
Duties will include:

- Acting as first point of contact for queries
- Booking meeting rooms
- Liaising with venues, trainers and catering companies
- Arranging transport for clients attending training, job interviews or volunteering projects
- Updating and maintaining database systems
- Processing training certificates
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
- Raising and payment of invoices
- Good and accurate numeracy, literacy and IT Skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office to include, Word & Excel
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills

This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
