Makehappen Group Ltd is looking to add 2 business administrators to our growing team in HQ Leeds, to play a pivotable role in planning and tracking work activities for our Openreach contract.

**What You Will Do**
As a business administrator you will learn the skills to develop within our business organization by assisting the coordination and tracking of work activities by consulting with the project manager and on-site supervisors.
- Accept and schedule work to meet requirements
- Ensure job packs are sent in a timely manner and issued to both field staff and supervisors prior to works commencing
- Liaise with field-based staff and supervisors to ensure information is received
- Update internal systems in real time.
- Effective planning and prioritisation of daily activities associated with deliverables to our client.
- Deal with queries promptly and effectively, escalating to relevant managers where appropriate
- Perform any other duties as reasonably requested
- Full training given on all aspects of the department; you will then be able to assist where required across all aspects of the team’s requirement.

- External courses as required
- Site visits so you understand the business and how it works
- Mentored approach to your progression while assisting you to gain your Level 3 Business administrator status
- Career opportunities while completing your Level 3 and after
**Key Skills**
- A confident communicator both written and verbal to liaise with internal and external parties
- Experience using Microsoft packages including Excel and Outlook
- A meticulous eye for detail, completing work with a high degree of accuracy
- Able to work in a fast paced, changing environment taking commercially astute decisions
- Good people skills, likes to interact with people
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Interpret data accurately that is presented and use appropriately in decision making
- Motivated and enthusiastic, able to work using own initiative as well as part of a dynamic team
**TRAINING TO BE PROVIDED**
- Business Administrator Level 3
- Maths and English Level 2 (A*-C or 4-9)
- If required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: From £4.30 per hour
