Our client, a leading independent Oil & Gas operator, are currently seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to be part of our Supply Chain Department, based in Great Yarmouth.

This role will serve as part of a small team, as part of the Warehouse and Supply Chain Management function.

As the Warehouse Coordinator, you will be expected to perform all activities involving goods received notes of Purchase orders using SAP & MacMain. You will also coordinate the materials for shipment offshore and returns from offshore, these include butnot limited to, completing load list, discharge list & SAP/MacMain Manifest.

This is a full-time, 6-month FTC. Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00.

There is an on-call element to the role - on call 1 week out of 5 including weekends

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Checking items received conform to instructions issued by approved Purchase Order
- Packing and unpacking of CCU’s (Cargo Carrying Units) for offshore and return to the beach
- Checking items received are as ordered, the correct quantity, weight and serviceability
- Checking items received conform to packing requirements
- Insuring items are correctly receipted into MacMain within 24 Hours of delivery
- Ensure Safety Data Sheets and Dangerous Goods Paperwork accompanies the goods
- Pack CCU’s IAW company standards
- Unloading and Loading of HGV with CCU’s
- Building load list in line with material requirements offshore
- Maintaining Cargo Discharge list from offshore
- Complete final Quality Assurance checks prior to CCU’s being shipped
- Complete transport request for materials to reach vendor/ other sites in the business
- Good housekeeping skills also to keep yard tidy and free of rubbish
- Any additional duty deemed necessary by Warehouse Manager

Qualifications / Experience / Personal Attributes
- Computer literate with well-developed IT skills across Microsoft suite, specifically Word
- Solutions based with strong planning, organising and numeric skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
- Full clean driving licence
- Forklift Licence
- Dangerous Goods via Road, Sea & Air trained
