Administration Team Leader

Hyde is looking to recruit an Administration Team Leader.

As an Administration Team Leader at Hyde you will be working as part of the Safer Homes and Neighbourhoods division to manage a team of administrators responsible for supporting all staff within Resident Services.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing a team of 7-8 administrators responsible for various areas of Resident Services including Property, Tenancy, Empty Homes &Lettings, ASB and Sheltered & Supported Living.
- Managing performance and training staff in various administrative tasks such as raising invoices, raising work orders, written correspondence with customers.
- Motivating staff and managing their performance including carrying out regular 1 to 1 meetings and providing guidance on delivering set goals and objectives.

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Previous experience of managing an administration team (1 year minimum) is essential.
- A background in housing is desirable but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Flexibility to travel to Hyde offices in Peterborough and Kent once a month.
