**GoGecko is working in Partnership with Clarity Environmental to find a Credit Controller to join the team.**

Clarity is looking for a competent and proactive Credit Controller who has excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and resolve disputes. You will be part of the Finance and Business support team and will be joining a company committed to investing in your development.

**What will you be doing as a Credit Controller?**
- Respond to and resolve client enquiries
- Update and review data information of clients and payment
- Conduct credit checks for potential and new clients
- Allocate receipts from bank to invoices and follow up payments
- Negotiate repayment plans
- Manage the invoices
- Facilitate weekly meetings with key internal stakeholders
- Create terms and conditions of credit
- Provide administrative support to the finance team and account managers
- Work closely with the Head of Finance

**What are we looking in a Credit Controller?**
- Ideally experience in credit control, but not essential
- Analytical skills and exceptional level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Great relationship-building and negotiating skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Thorough problem-solving skills
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive approach in maintaining and collecting debt
