The Professional Standards Department are looking for a Processing Support to join them on a permanent full-time basis to oversee functions including vetting, complaints, counter corruption, hearings and learning that may come from misconduct.

We are here to maintain public confidence and deal with public complaints. These can range from very minor matters to serious complaints of misconduct where our service has fallen short of what people would expect.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Assist in the recording and updating of new complaints and enquiries, using the complaints Centurion database and monitor progress entries where necessary.
- Book in despatch and log details onto the database as and when required
- Assist in the preparation of files, reminders, court updates and Freedom of Information requests.

**The must haves**
- GCSE English Language Grade C or equivalent, or previous experience of receiving and actioning written communications.
- Ability to demonstrate recent typing/word processing experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
