Would you like to play a crucial role in conducting investment appraisals and the development of the long-term strategic plans? Robertson Bell is partnering with this fantastic organisation, based in Merseyside, to recruit a permanent Finance Business Partner position. This newly created role will act as the face of finance for the Development Team, as well as producing the long-termfinancial plans for the organisation and for submission to the regulator.

**Duties for the Finance Business Partner (FP&A) will include but are not limited to**:

- Play a crucial role in producing the medium and long-term financial plans for the organisation, issuing up to date long term business plans on a quarterly basis.
- Undertake thorough financial checks on appraisals produced by the development teams, ensuring accurate assumptions are made.
- Act as the Finance expert for the financial planning and financial modelling system.
- Review development team cash flows and bids, subsequently inputting all information into the business plans.
- Regular contact with Senior Management, Functional Heads, Directors and Local Boards to assist with long term decision making.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced financial planninf professional who is qualified and confident dealing with stakeholders of all levels. Travel to the office is only required once per week.

**To be considered, you should be**:

- Well experienced in long term financial planning and finance business partnering.
- Ideally a part-qualified accountant.
- A clear communicator who is able to influence and build credibility with stakeholders.
