**We are offering these positions on a work from home basis in the first instance. Once a return to office date is decided, you will be based in our Portsmouth location.**

**What will I need to succeed in this role?**
As our ideal Accounts Administrator, you will have a good general academic background with a good level of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

**Desirable Skill and Experience**:

- A Level and/or accountancy/business related courses
- Experience of working in a busy, deadline driven finance role
- Experience of working to deadlines
- Previous experience of a Banking Reconciliation role
- Experience of working in a financial shared service environment
- Oracle/Other finance systems
**What will I be responsible for?**
Joining our team as an Accounts Administrator, you will be performing the ledger accounting transactions for a number of European Tenerity group companies.

Working as a member of the Banking and Retail Reconciliation team within the AFO, the Administrator will be specifically responsible for the accurate and timely reconciliation for all bank accounts, in addition to the accurate and timely reconciliation and accounting for retail revenue related transactional processes.

Ensuring all revenues are allocated and posted to the correct bank accounts and respective GL and tax codes and to ensure all reconcile to appropriate revenue management systems. Ensuring all entries are reconciled and accounted within agreed deadlines. Timely reporting of cash balances to Treasury team. Each team member will be required to perform and cover all tasks across all countries covered by the AFO.
