Due to expansion we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to come and join our dedicated customer service team at Mark Hunter Ltd, T/A Totally Welsh. The role is set within the administrative and customer service function and based in our Head Office in Haverfordwest.
- This is a full-time role, 35+ hours per week
- Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday
- Hours can be flexible but would predominantly be 8am-4pm.

The role:
You will provide the necessary support within the administrative function within the business and assist the finance team as required.

Duties include:

- General office duties including answering telephones, monitoring and responding to company mailbox.
- Processing workflow correspondence and credit control for tendered contracts.
- Issue weekly invoices to customers, franchisees and roundsman.
- Record Milk Intake Volumes.
- Processing of Customer Orders and taking payments.
- Assisting our finance team with administration tasks and credit control
- Supporting the Customer Services team.
- Other duties as required.
- Good communication & IT skills
- Conscientious with good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
- Is methodical with an excellent attention to detail.
- Has a pleasant telephone manner.
- Is customer focused.
- An individual who takes interest within the industry.

Desirable but not essential - Qualifications and skills
- GCSE Mathematics or equivalent.
- GCSE English or equivalent.

**Salary**: £9.50-£11.75 per hour

**Experience**:

- administration: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
