Sales Order Processor

Specialising in the wholesale and repairs of electronic and telecommunications, we pride ourselves on providing an outstanding service to all of our customers UK and internationally based.
Based at our head office in Scunthorpe you will become part of our close, family orientated team undertaking the following duties:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Check and process orders efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Create pick lists, despatch notes and invoices/paperwork for the warehouse
- Arrange shipments of customer orders within the UK and internationally
- To be the first point of contact answering the telephone, directing calls, taking messages and processing orders.
- Working closely with the warehouse to ensure all orders are shipped accurately and timely with the correct documentation.
- To liaise with our suppliers and keep our customers updated on the progress of their orders.
- Maintain stock levels
- Manage the sales inbox via Microsoft Outlook
- Meet and greet visitors
- Administration Support

- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional and friendly telephone manner
- Good computer skills
- proficient in Microsoft packages.
- Experience with OrderTime would be advantageous but full training will be given

**Salary**: £11.00-£14.00 per hour
