**Job Title**:Telesales Executive

**Location**: Birmingham (Solihull)

**Salary**: £25,000 + up to £10,000 commission

**Job Type**:Permanent, Full Time.

**Hybrid working**: 1 day a week from home, near to train station and free parking on site in the town centre.

**The Role**:

- Assigned to a Sector/Industry of Prospective Businesses typically encompassing several thousand organisations.
- Actively manage an average of 750 outstanding tasks on an ongoing basis
- Only responsible for working with organisations in UK & Ireland

**Key Working Relationships**:

- Report directly to the Telesales Executive Team Leader regarding ongoing support for the role such as advise on technique, challenges & day to day issues that may arise.
- The UK Sales Team is managed by the Sales Manager who is responsible for the overall lead generation & closed business output for the UK.
- Liaise day to day with your assigned Business Development Manager who will sit the meetings that you arrange and work with you to ensure these meetings convert into active opportunities.

**In the Telesales Executive role, you would be responsible for the following outputs on an ongoing basis**:

- Conduct at least 40 calls a day and deliver a minimum of 5 web-based appointments per week.
- Achieve full use of CRM to record activity, conversations and KPI's.
- Produce accurate and robust forecasting of your appointment pipeline.
- Support your Business Development Manager in providing qualified first appointments to achieve new business revenue for monthly subscription and services.
- Work closely with marketing to understand the size of opportunity and produce campaigns within your vertical sector.
- 1-2 years' experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills especially over the telephone
- Energetic and enthusiastic in your day-to-day work
- Ability to organise a large number of activities and tasks daily.
- Happy to collaborate with other team members.
- Manage your time effectively
