Office Administrator

Wilkes Vending are a long established and professional vending operating company. Established in 1946, we have become one of the most respected vending operators in our industry. We are currently looking for a full time Office Administrator based at our Ossett branch.
This position involves (but not limited to)
- Using the bespoke vending system
- Using the bespoke vending system to analyse incoming data and check for problems.
- producing reports for customers & Directors
- Using the financial package to update records, balance payments etc.
- general upkeep of documents on our systems.
- Answering the telephones and distributing calls to correct departments.
- Covering for other members of staff when they are on annual leave.
Requirements are:
- Previous experience in Purchase Ledger/ credit Control would be beneficial but not essential.
- must be punctual and polite.
- must be able to work on your own or as part of a team
- must be proficient in Microsoft Office programmes such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Must be able to work to deadlines when required.
The working week is Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
Salary is £19760 to £21000
Staring salary dependant on experience reviewed annually.
