We’re looking for a full time, permanent Grounds Maintenance Operative to work in our Cyclical Team, to carry out and assist with all grounds maintenance service related tasks as an Operative, working as (but not restricted to) part of a customer focussed team.

**Salary**: £22,672

Benefits: 25 days holiday per annum + bank holidays, employee discounts scheme and generous pension

The hours of work will be 40 per week.

You will be based out of Ipswich, covering Suffolk and Essex with multiple site locations. A company vehicle is also provided for commuting between home and the Depot, and in-between sites included with working day.

**Please note that you will be required to drive to multiple different places of work, however a company vehicle will be provided.**

Main Responsibilities:

- Responsible for delivering an effective grounds maintenance service, ensuring flows of work are followed correctly.
- Undertake any other duties as required from the business on an ad hoc basis. Full training and supervision will be provided if these duties require a greater level of skill or responsibility than those required in this post.
- To ensure that the work is undertaken in a timely manner, whilst maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
- Ensure all grounds maintenance work is carried out efficiently to ensure the right level of customer satisfaction is achieved.

Essential Requirements:

- Full Valid Manual Driving Licence.
- Ability operating horticultural machinery.
- Experience of Workplace Health and Safety.

Contract: Full time and permanent
