Sequential Dynamics are looking for a Finance Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the Finance department.

Accounts Assistant responsibilities include general administrative tasks such as filing, copying and external communications. Other tasks will include maintaining reports and managing invoices. If you have a background in finance and are interested in joining a growing business within the Engineering sector, we’d like to meet you

**Responsibilities**:

- Purchase invoice processing and statement reconciliations
- Assist with reporting
- General duties such as filing and administrative support to our Accountants
- Sales invoice processing and debt chasing
- Data processing through various systems (Spreadsheets and Asana)
- Processing of expenses

We have an expert team working nationally on electrical installations across EV Charge Points, UK Rail, Infrastructure, and Data. About you:

- You'll have a background within a similar role with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Proactive attitude towards work, completing tasks efficiently and with urgency
- Working towards or have achieved an accounts qualification such as NVQ Level 3, Diploma or AAT
- Flexible when working towards deadlines
- Clear communication skills
- Competent with spreadsheets and prepared to undergo training for our internal CRM system

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
