**Relief Support Worker - Fawdon Area**

**Salary £9.50 per hour**

**The role**

We deliver creative, dynamic and person-centred services providing a range of individualised support to people living in shared supported living properties.

You will be working as part of a team, supporting 2 males and a female at their home in the Fawdon Area. You will be required to support individuals on a 1:1 basis, covering a 24 hour rota, as part of a team. A usual day would involve assisting with day to day tasks and personal care. The individuals we support enjoy various leisure activities too, such as; music events, arts & crafts, shopping and bingo.

Previous experience is desirable for this position although full training will be provided.

An enhanced Adult and Child DBS is required for this role.
