**Support Worker And Relief Support Worker Roles - Newcastle Outreach**
Do you pride yourself on having a caring nature and want a fulfilling role supporting people, then come work with us. You will be supporting active individuals within their own homes and out the community, taking them out in their cars on trips or going swimming.
As a support worker you will assist people with daily living tasks which may include, domestic services, social support, personal care, support with medication and meal preparation, it would also be preferable to have a Full Valid Driving License.
We deliver creative, dynamic and person-centred services providing a range of individualised support to people living in shared supported living properties and individual tenancies on a 1.1 basis.
Real Life Options is a registered charity currently going through a period of growth, and we are continuing to search for permanent contracted Support Workers who really want to make an impact on the lives of the people we support.
**The role**
Across all services, the individuals we support have autism, learning disabilities and at times can display challenging behaviour, therefore you must have the ability to follow detailed support plans in order to ensure a consistent approach.
**Permanent Contracted hours**: Full Time, Part Time & Relief Positions available
**£9.50 per hour**
Previous experience is desirable for this position although full training will be provided.
A DBS is required for this role.
Real Life Options offers flexible employment opportunities. This role will include shift working, including evenings, sleepovers, nights and weekends. Sleepovers will include an allowance.
