Job title - Talent Acquisition Coordinator - German speaking

**Location**: Slough or Waltham on the Wolds - mostly remote based

**Remote**: the role is mostly remote with occasional ad hoc visits to either Slough or Waltham

**Contract length**: 6 months + extensions (possible opportunity for temp to perm)

**Hours**: 37.5 hrs per week
You can choose to work either UK or German hours. Germany is 1 hour ahead of the UK, so you can work either 10-6 or 9-5

**Rate**: £150 per day PAYE - Inside IR35 (equivalent of £40k per annum)

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with good spoken German, to work for the world's leading manufacturer of chocolate and confectionary products.

This role is UK based but supports professional hiring for Germany, supporting 2 recruiters in Germany.
The team works very collaboratively.

**The tasks you would support with include**:
Contract generation for every German contract (there are templates already set up)
Interview booking
Job assigning & editing; each new job in the team comes in via Workday. You will edit the job and set it up in the right company area, and generate the JD.

This is a busy and operationally driven role with multiple demands, and there are set SLAs to meet and KPIs to work to.

**Skills and experience**:
Previous experience of recruitment administration would be ideal but if you speak German and have transferable coordination and admin skills and experience they would consider training you in the recruitment aspect of the role. For example you may have a background as an Executive Assistant, financial admin or legal admin.
Spoken German is a must have
Great attention to detail, together with good planning and organisational skills
