In this role, you will be based on the Front Desk and will therefore contribute to the first impression, greeting our guests and ensuring all their needs are met. You must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner

- Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
- Act in accordance with all security and emergency procedures and manage the instigation of these, as required
- Attend appropriate training courses, when required, and assist with the reception team training and development efforts
- Manage the department in the Front of House Managers absence by completing rotas, payroll and staff queries
- Demonstrate current knowledge of products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area
- Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems
- Assist with Health and Safety Checks
- Maintain a good status awareness of all hotel areas
- Liaise with housekeeping on a daily basis, ensuring all quest requests are met
- Meeting targets on a weekly and monthly basis
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Excellent grooming standards
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Competent level of IT Proficiency
- Previous experience in a customer-focused industry preferred

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Manager: 1 year (preferred)
