Duties

  • Supervise daily front-of-house operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service.
  • Train and mentor staff in hospitality best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the establishment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food presentation.
  • Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
