Providingemployee relations and change management services to the wider organisation as part of the HR team. This is a varied, interesting role with friendly and supportive colleagues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Covering the complete employee lifecycle
- Ownership of new HR inductions with employees
- Implementing and improving HR policies and procedures in line with our strategy, understanding any changes to legislation and best practice
- Delivering training sessions you have helped to develop for team leaders and management
- Working with your colleagues in employee relations and change management as well as other senior managers to implement organisational change initiatives.
- Deliver HR developments at regular management and review meetings
- Confident delivery when presenting HR metrics and analysis
- Happy to work as an HR lead on designated areas of the HR strategy and projects

**Skills/ Experience**:

- Level 5 CIPD qualified or similar experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in an HR Advisor role
- Proved track record of self initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to produce clear, concise written communications
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships across the company structure
- Positive team player
