They're very well known throughout Wiltshire and have restructured alot of the business of the past year. They have alot of internal movement which is the reason this role has now become vacant. They're looking for a HR Advisor with good experience in thissector to come in and support the HR Manager and Head of HR in looking after employee relations and administration within this team.

Main responsibilities:

- To provide advice and support on all aspects and at every stage of employee relations
- To provide advice to managers on policies and procedures
- Lead HR inductions with new employees
- Provide overall general HR support for the HR Managers
- Act as the HR lead for all ER enquiries
- Previous HR experience (preferably with ER)
- Experience of advising managers on employment law and supporting on ER cases
- Preferably have a CIPD level 5
- Knowledge of using HR system and proficient using Microsoft office
