- An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Ceremonies Coordinators/Registration Officers to join The Registration Service at Hampshire County Council.
Hampshire Registration Service is an innovative and forward-thinking organisation, currently delivering in excess of 10,000 birth registrations, 10,750 death registrations, 11,900 notices of marriage/civil partnership (CP) and 6,000 ceremonies each year.
**The Role**:
- We are looking for **Ceremony Coordinators/Registration Officers** to join our team dealing with ceremony bookings. You will help customers book and pay, explain legal preliminaries, and advise on planning the content for each ceremony type. This will involve a high level of coordination, advice and entering details into a bespoke registration system. You will also provide ceremonies at weekends as part of a roster.
- This is a busy, public facing role which offers great personal satisfaction supporting our customers to record and celebrate significant life events.

- Sound IT skills and able to accurately record information
- Of the two roles available, one will be required to work Monday
- Wednesday with the other Wednesday
- Friday.
