**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations effectively.
- Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring all details are communicated to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding menu items, catering options, and daily specials.
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Adhere to food safety standards and hygiene regulations at all times.

**Skills**
- Strong background in hospitality with experience in catering or restaurant environments preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Bartending experience is an advantage but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues across various departments.
