In this role, you will support the execution of promotional events while engaging with customers and driving sales for our non-profit clients. **Responsibilities**:

- Customer Engagement: Greet and engage with customers at promotional events, providing information about client offerings and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
- Sales Support: Assist in driving sales by promoting products and services effectively, responding to customer inquiries, and closing sales during events.
- Event Setup and Coordination: Help set up and dismantle event displays, ensuring all logístical aspects are managed efficiently and in line with client expectations.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow crew members to ensure a smooth operation during events, maintaining high levels of teamwork and communication.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback during events to identify preferences and areas for improvement, relaying insights to management for future strategies.
- Training Participation: Engage in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques, ensuring you can provide accurate information and enhance customer experiences.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing event inventory, ensuring that all materials are stocked and organized for seamless operations.
- Promotional Material Distribution: Hand out promotional materials and samples to event attendees, creating excitement about client offerings and driving interest.

**Requirements**:

- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK. We cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas, unfortunately.
- Must not have applied to any of our openings in the past 30 days.
- Must be able to work full-time, including flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed for events.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse customer base and provide outstanding service.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with others to achieve common goals.
- Good organisational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a passion for contributing to a team-oriented culture.
