Rawcliffe Manor is currently recruiting for a **Receptionist **to work **40 hours a week **at the care home in Rawcliffe.

**6 Months Fixed Term Contract**

Rawcliffe Manor has been fully refurbished into a luxury, state of the art, 67 bed care home.

Both Residential and Dementia care is provided, and facilities include residents bar, garden room and private dining room.

The Receptionist is the first point of contact of residents, visitors and attending professionals. The role is to ensure guests and residents are given advice and support both face to face and over the telephone, and to complete administration tasks for management/Head office.

- An active team player and must be able to work on own initiative.
- Possess good communication skills with colleagues and residents.
- Overview of Job Description_
- First point of call for all visitors to the home, to provide a friendly and approachable welcome.
- Answer the telephone in a timely fashion and in an appropriate manor
- To provide the Residents with support and help as and when needed
- Checking invoices, delivery notes and passing to head office monthly
- To complete administration tasks for management/Head office.
