Client Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting clients with their daily needs and resolving any issues that may arise, while maintaining an enjoyable and fun space to work in
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a polite and professional manner, providing a positive first impression and excellent customer service
- Manage meeting room bookings for internal and external clients, ensuring smooth coordination and setup
- Creating, coordinating and hosting themed social events for internal clients, including catering and decorating
- Promoting events and activities, assisting with social media and marketing the office through platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok and Instagram
- Designing digital posters through Canva to advertise monthly events, creating labels and menu’s coinciding with chosen themes
- Maintain office supplies, inventory and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked and in working order.
- Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure the office is clean and presentable
- Managing and facilitating the office when the Centre Manager is on annual leave or not present
**Requirements**:
- Strong Interpersonal skills, as well as great planning, organising and multitasking skills
- Competent IT skills, operating Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel to an intermediate level
- Excellent communication, including strong oral and written English language
- Ability to handle challenging or stressful situations and undertake any other reasonable tasks as required
- Experience in a client or customer facing role
- Pro-active hands on approach to work, no activity is beneath you
- Ability to express empathy, compassion and patience when a client might have a problem or concern, maintaining a friendly and positive attitude day to day
- Genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service with confidence to act on initiative and make considered decisions
- Highly organised with the ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure
