Accounts Payable Assistant, Greenford, London, working within a team of 3, to maintain the effectiveness of the Accounting Ledgers, ensure compliance with Statutory Accounting Policies. Reporting to the Transactions Manager.

In this full-time role as an Accounts Payable Assistant, working alongside the finance team, you will be responsible for:

- Support Accounts Payable Team & the wider finance function
- Processing transactions, issuing payments, and updating ledgers, etc.
- Process Monthly Employee expenses and ensure compliance with our Expenses Procedure
- Producing Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations
- ONS surveys
- Producing Monthly VAT Return
- Assisting with the annual audit

Ts and Cs

We offer flexible working with a hybrid blend of working from home and in office, which is in Greenford, London, just a short walk from the central line.
- 40 hrs/wk 9am-5.30pm Mon-Fri (flexibility with regard to start time i.e. provisions can be made for an 8am start)
- Hybrid working (3 office days)
- Probationary period 3 months
- Annual salary review and opportunity for progression
- 10% KPI related bonus based around challenging but achievable tasks related to the role
