**The role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough, impartial investigations into a range of workplace issues including employee complaints, misconduct, grievances, and policy violations.
- Interview employees, gather relevant evidence, and document findings in a clear, detailed, and objective manner.
- Collaborate with HR, management, and legal teams to ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and best practices.
- Prepare and present investigation reports, outlining findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
- Ensure investigations are conducted in line with company policies, applicable laws, and industry standards.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and impartiality throughout the investigation process.
- Monitor trends and recommend proactive solutions to prevent workplace issues from escalating.
