**County Care has an excellent reputation as a specialist support** **provider of services for people with autism, learning disabilities and mental health issues. Our aim is to support adults** **to develop new skills and live Independently both at home and in the community.**

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic Support Workers to join County Care and be part of a fun, caring and supportive team.

As a Support Worker you will join a specialist team supporting individuals in their own home. You will be an instrumental part of this team and will receive outstanding support, leadership and person-centred training.

Fantastic benefits include:

- 40p per mile in-between travel and 45p per mile if travelling with a service user
- Paid Blue Light Card once completion of 3 months of service

**Requirements**:

- You will need to have **access to a car at all times **and a **full UK Driving Licence**, as transporting service users is a requirement.
- We do an **Enhanced DBS check **due to the nature of the role.
