You will be required to:
- Support families with complex and multiple needs
- Hold a caseload of 12 to 15 families
- Advocate for children and ensure their voices are heard and that their lived experiences lead the focused work
- Facilitate evidence-based group work programmes and courses
- You will be based at Runnymede Family Centre and will be required to travel throughout the borough.
As Barnardo's Family Centres we have supportive and inclusive teams. We are a fully funded service, commissioned by Surrey County Council, to deliver their Early Help Programme to families with 0-19 aged children.

Whilst the full pay band and salary range is advertised, our approach to starting salaries is to appoint between the minimum to mid-point of the pay band – this ensures that pay steps are available to reward our colleagues annually based on their contribution to excellence and alignment to our values and behaviours.
