**Customer Insurance Advisor**

**Location**: Fareham

**Starting Salary**: Up to £25,000 plus uncapped bonus

**Hours**:Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

**The Role of the Customer Insurance Advisor**:
This is a B2B role where you will be using strong communication and customer service skills to provide product information, quotations and renew existing Insurance Policies with small and medium sized business.
- Provide advice to Business clients on the most suitable levels of cover to cater for their individual insurance requirements.
- Maintain and manage strong relationships with existing Business Clients, building rapport to gain a good understanding of their Insurance requirements.
- Use this knowledge and understanding to highlight any appropriate products that will benefit them or align to their needs.
- Create great working relationships with Insurers and underwriters to understand appetites, classes and specific niche sectors.

**Needed for the Role of the Customer Insurance Advisor**:

- A proven track record of working within a Sales Environment, ideally within an Insurance capacity.
- Experience in a Renewals environment is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that are essential in building rapport and relationships.
- If you have commercial Insurance experience and have worked within personal lines this would be a huge advantage.
