**ROLE: BT OPERATIONS - ORDER MANAGEMENT**
**Responsibilities: - please read carefully.**
Working in our order management team, based in our Pendeford, Wolverhampton offices, you will take ownership of existing customer orders to see them through BT/OpenReach delivery to successful installation.
You will capture, track and own the fulfilment of complex & non complex order journeys, identifying breakage and proactively working with customers to ensure successful customer outcomes.
You will identify orders with issues and resolve during the order delivery process by working with BTs vast array of resources and systems.
Importantly, you will take ownership of the ‘Work In Progress’ system and your KPI will be to own each order to successful installation by liaising with BT, BT Local Business, OpenReach and the end customer.
You will also assist with data entry and maintain accurate records across several of BT’s order management and order capture systems.
You will be working with an office-based team and be able to gain recognition through performance.

**Skillset**
Proven experience within a Business-to-Business environment.
Proficient in using IT systems.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills is essential with internal and external customers.
Problem solving is essential as is your ability to be decisive.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks is a must.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitive information.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
