Chiropractic Assistant

We are looking for our next Chiropractic Assistant to work in our practice An enthusiastic person to join our busy practice, serving the local community and helping people get better and healthier You would be part of the largest structural rehab practice in the UK, so lots of room for learning and growth

**Tasks**:

- To work in our unique spinal rehabilitation suite. Educating patients on various rehabilitation exercises.
- Take care of chiropractic consultation's and other appointment types.
- To provide a general Clinic Assistant support role. To include front desk operations, diary management, booking and amending client appointments, taking payment, and solving general patient queries. There is a sales aspect to the role also.
- Take responsibility for ensuring the accurate running of everyday tasks within the practice
- To provide an excellent client focused unique experience.
- To participate in regular training of policies and procedures as well as attending meetings on a weekly and quarterly basis.
- To attend educational conferences and workshops when required to do so.
- To undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this job.

Scope and level of responsibility:

- It is a supportive role in which you should be client focused, and are responsible for ensuring clients have a smooth and enjoyable experience during their time at the practice.
- You will support all aspects of the front desk operations of the clinic you are assigned to do, and carry out any ad-hoc duties as requested by management.
- You may be delegated individual tasks.
- To use previous client focused and customer service based experience to deliver tasks in a competent, accurate and timely manner.
- You should have the ability to communicate to a high level, be a team player, and develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
- To understand and promote a healthy and wellness-based lifestyle, with a high energy approach.
- To be able to read, speak and write fluently in English.
- To be able to provide simple and essential self help advice to clients.

Work Hours:

- The role is carried out Monday - Friday and two Saturday morning's a month.
- This job is done in shift pattern of AM / PM shifts 07:15-18:15.
- Flexibility is required to assist with covering of colleagues holiday which provides an opportunity to increase earnings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-35 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
