Technical Client Services Manger

Q Analysts is seeking a Client Services Manger to join our company and manage the delivery of our projects for our Client operations in London.

Our teams are involved in QA and Testing, Data Collection and Dogfooding Programs for virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) head-mounted devices (HMDs) and tablets and other devices. Our team focuses on activities such as prototyping, unit testing, regression testing, end-to-end testing, debugging, computational performance evaluation, quality assurance, data collection, dogfooding of devices etc., of systems, platform, and infrastructure..

Your primary responsibilities will focus on Client engagement, team management and task management across multiple teams, both remote and onsite.

**Responsibilities**:
Client Engagement:

- Be the primary Client contact for the various current and future project teams in London
- Establish regular cadence of meetings with Client stakeholders for the various teams and resolve issues
- Escalating blockers to Q Analysts leadership if no traction is occurring through the normal channels ? ?
- Network and stay aware of what is occurring at their site to discover additional opportunities for Q Analysts?
- Set up meetings jointly with Account Executive or facilitate introductory meetings with prospects?

Team Management:

- Receive status reports and send out a consolidated team report when practical ?
- Monitor, track, and report any observed issues with the team members work and status ?
- Validate and approve all time cards and the need for OT
- Organize Team level events/lunches/treats etc. ?
- Ramp up new team members with new employee orientation and integration?
- People management including regular 1-1's, career development discussions
- Initiate back office collaboration for issue resolution
- Task Management:

- Help build project level playbooks and project documentation
- Facilitate answers to work/task related questions from team
- Provide project direction if applicable
- Create group collaboration for Q Analysts team members to communicate locally? and help facilitate technical issues resolution leveraging teams expertise?
- Creating engagement plan, create and publish project metrics and dashboards where appropriate and help prepare for QBRs

**Qualifications**
- Strong background in program management for technology products including hardware and software
- Solid attention to detail, organization
- Strong communication skills across teams and organizations
- Strong background in managing technical teams and effective people management skills
- Good business sense
- Must adapt quickly to technical jargon and new technologies
- Technical background in QA preferred
