**Sourcing Manger - Supplier Management**

One of our large Financial clients is currently looking for a Sourcing Manger to provide sourcing and ongoing third-party management support to Project Ploutos to optimise performance and value for money from the supply chain, Strong Supplier managementalong with legal and contract experience

The delivery of business strategy utilises a business model which makes significant use of third-party arrangements including cloud-based service providers to provide innovative capabilities in a scalable, flexible, and cost-effective manner
- This role will make a significant contribution to SPW's success by providing sourcing and ongoing third-party management support to optimise performance and value for money from the supply chain
- This is a unique opportunity to join the Sourcing & Supplier Management Function to support delivery of the strategic business plan

**What you'll be doing**

Working closely with the Senior Sourcing Manager - you will primarily be partnering with a broad range of business teams to plan and execute procurement activity encompassing tender exercises, benchmarking, contract reviews, renewals, and negotiations

You'll also be supporting colleagues with supplier management activity. This will involve supporting a robust supplier management programme encompassing service review meetings, third party risk management due diligence, renewal and exit planning

The categories of focus will be broad but as a technology-led business a heavy focus will be on IT and cloud-based service arrangements

You'll be engaging with internal colleagues and external suppliers in the identification and execution of cost efficiency improvements and ensuring commercial performance is balanced with good industry practices for third party risk and performance management

You'll work within the existing third-party management frameworks and processes

It's an exciting challenge and a varied role since responsibilities will span the entire third-party management lifecycle

**Experience**
- Demonstrable experience in sourcing and supplier management execution, ideally within the financial services sector or a fast-paced technology environment.
- You will have strong legal and contract knowledge and experience, able to operate with limited access to in
- house Legal resource
- You will understand regulation impacting on outsourcing and third-party risk management or be able to develop this understanding at pace.
- FinTech & Wealth Management experience desirable given fast paced and agile ways of working.
