The UX/UI team

Design and user experience is a huge focus for us as a company and, in many ways, has been a key USP for our products since we launched. We work in cross-functional delivery teams with designers working closely with product owners and engineers throughout the product discovery process. The team currently consists of 3 designers and we are looking to grow this over the next year.

Here’s what you can expect to be working on as our Head of User Experience at Street Group:

- You’ll lead and be the voice of UX/UI for the business
- Introduce data-driven UX practices into the business
- You’ll manage, develop and mentor the existing team
- Collaborate with UX peers and wider engineering teams
- Drive UX/UI best practices into the product development teams
- Balance the development of the team with the development of the user experience
- Be as excited about managing and growing our team, as you are about your product design expertise
Who we're looking for
- A strong, positive leader, role model and mentor to all UXers
- Strong background in UX/UI, data driven UX, user research/user analysis
- You’ll have an eye for great UX/UI and a good understanding of design best practices
- Ability to create structure and planning around UX engagements with our clients
- You’ll create a high-performance, customer-centric culture throughout the organisation and continuously monitor the needs of the customer
- Charismatic, collaborative leader who can articulate a vision, set direction and engage and motivate others to achieve outstanding results
- Influence key stakeholders in a collaborative manner to achieve the required outcomes
- Must be able to demonstrate a passion for, and have proven success in, driving continuous process improvement

**Salary**: Up to £70,000.00 per year
