MS Maintenance Solutions is a medium business near Thame, Oxon. We are supportive, collaborative and our goal is to provide bespoke, sustainable maintenance solution for each individual client, to enhance the smooth running of any building at optimal performance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls where needed.
- Generate and close scheduled work orders, daily
- Oversee job completion in respect of in-house engineering and sub-contractor services.
- Update in-house CAFM systems and external clients.
- Manage the helpdesk inbox efficiently on a daily basis.
- PPM asset management planning via the CAFM database.
- Respond quickly and effectively to client queries.
- Quote requests and chasing engineers/subcontractors for job updates on a daily basis.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Schedule engineers to attend planned preventative maintenance.
- Develop a good working relationship and work closely with engineers & account managers.
- Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £19,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
