**Head of Influencer Marketing - Beauty**

**London/Hybrid**

**£65K-75K**

Salt have partnered with a British make-up brand to find them a Head of Influencer Marketing. You will be joining a small, but quickly growing team that is stocked online and in store throughout the globe, including North America.

My client is digital first, and aimed at Gen Z. I need someone who is data driven, trend driven, and has experience with growing online presence in the US through Influencer Marketing, particularly.

**The Role**:

- Take full ownership of Influencer strategy and management
- Identify which Influencers to target and why
- Be seen as an authority on who the next big thing is
- Manage all budgets and negotiate where possible
- Come up with and implement an innovative Influencer strategy that spans UK, US, ME, and EU.
- Have a little black book of relevant KOL's that you can bring to the business.
- Lead a team of ambitious juniors into a high performing department.

**The Person**:

- Ideally you come from a make-up brackground as we need you to hit the ground running.
- Proven leadership skills
- Crisis management
- Impeccable written and grammar skills with ability to communicate confidently to SLT
- Ambitious, assertive and hungry to join a digital first company with a global presence
- At least 2 years' experience in a senior management role
- Data and ROI driven.
